Meet Our Team

When you work with us, you gain access to Gather ‘n’ Grow’s expert HubSpot developers, consultants, and data/Excel support specialists. Alyssa, our Director, will likely be your primary point of contact and HubSpot lead, working hands-on to craft and implement your HubSpot strategy. While she may occasionally tap into the team for additional support, you’ll mostly work directly with her.

As a global, remote team, we communicate and collaborate through online tools like WhatsApp, video calls, emails, Slack, and more. We value smooth and straightforward communication.

We manage projects and timelines using a project management tool to keep everyone accountable, ensure transparency, and manage timelines with ease.

Our clients span the globe—mostly in Australia, the US, and the UK (see some pictures of Alyssa connecting with clients in the US on a boat weekend away, enjoying food trucks and coastal walks in Sydney and London working in a co-working space together)—and our team is worldwide. We're highly experienced in managing projects across time zones, delivering successful results, and ensuring you always feel connected, no matter where you’re based.

And while we work remotely, our connections are anything but impersonal. In fact, we’ve met some clients in person across the globe and continue to work closely with others we’ve never met face-to-face. It’s proof that distance doesn’t diminish the trust and collaboration we build with our clients.
