Microsoft Ads: cheaper clicks, less competition
Almost everyone pours budget into Google and ignores Microsoft Ads. The same searches, often at a lower cost, in front of an audience that skews B2B and higher income. We set it up alongside your Google account and connect it to your CRM.

Trusted by growing businesses in the US, UK and Australia

Most teams treat Microsoft Ads as an afterthought
We only run Google.
Microsoft Ads sits untouched. You miss search volume that's often cheaper to win.
We imported from Google once and left it.
A one-time copy, never tuned for Microsoft. Bids and messaging miss how its audience behaves.
Nobody uses Bing, right?
Its audience is older, more B2B and higher income than people expect. And they convert.
We can't compare the two.
Google in one report, Microsoft in another. No honest view of where budget works hardest.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Alyssa for 2 years on Google Ads and Bing. She helped us grow our accounts.
It was an absolute pleasure working with Alyssa for 2 years on Google Ads and Bing. She helped us grow our accounts, was a great thought partner, and always brought new ideas to the table. You could tell she really cares about the work she is doing and that is reflected in the great results we saw. I will miss her!
Built for Microsoft, not mirrored from Google
The audience and the auction behave differently on Microsoft. A little tuning goes a long way.
A proper Microsoft setup, not a stale copy
We bring your Google structure across as a starting point, then strip out and rework what doesn't fit Microsoft.
- Imported, cleaned and restructured
- Bids, devices and messaging tuned for its audience
- Tracking checked before spend grows
So you can get cheaper, incremental volume from the same searches.
Every lead in HubSpot, judged on pipeline
Leads flow into your CRM and real outcomes flow back, so spend is judged on pipeline, not just clicks.
- Conversions connected to HubSpot
- Real outcomes sent back to Microsoft Ads
- Nothing lost along the way
So you can see which searches turn into customers.

What clients say about our paid search work
I highly recommend Alyssa Yap from Gather 'n' Grow for her exceptional work with our Google Ads. In the time we worked together, her data-driven approach delivered impressive results that helped drive profitable growth for Mr Pool Man, even with niche industry curve balls. Alyssa's expertise and attention to detail make her an invaluable asset to any team looking to optimize their advertising campaigns.
Since Alyssa and her team took on Google Ads management too, Google Ads is pulling in more leads now and better quality too. HubSpot actually makes sense for us now. She didn't just slap a standard setup on us and move on. She asked questions, challenged how we were doing things, and built it around our team. We use Make.com in the mix too and it all just connects up properly.
Alyssa is a rockstar. She's a talented marketer, with tons of creativity, the willingness to experiment, and is a patient teacher to others.

Questions about Microsoft Ads
Do we need to run Google Ads too?
It works best alongside Google. Microsoft adds cheaper, incremental volume to search you're already winning. If you don't run Google Ads yet, we'd usually start there with Google Ads Management.
Can't we just import our Google campaigns?
You can, and it's a good starting point. But the audience and the auction behave differently, so an import left untouched usually leaves money on the table. We use it as a base, then tune it for Microsoft.
Is the audience big enough to bother?
It's smaller than Google, but often cheaper and more B2B, because Microsoft is the default on a lot of work computers. For the right business, that's real volume at a better price.
How do you measure it?
On pipeline, the same as Google. Leads go into HubSpot, and both search engines are reported side by side so you can see where the budget works hardest.
Who manages the account?
Two people work on every account, so nothing depends on one person, and you have one main point of contact.
Want the channel everyone else ignores?
No pitch. Just a look at whether Microsoft Ads can add cheaper volume to what you already run.
