Ecommerce & Retail · Fractional RevOps

Grow online sales without the chaos behind them

A feed nobody has touched, ads judged on ROAS alone, customers who buy once and never hear from you again. We bring your store, ads and customer data into one system that scales with you, so your team spends its time on products and customers, not spreadsheets. Then we keep it running as your part-time RevOps team.

What we see in almost every ecommerce account we audit

Our feed is holding us back.

Manufacturer titles, thin descriptions, wrong categories. You're invisible for half the searches your buyers use.

ROAS looks great. Profit doesn't.

Every dollar of revenue counts the same, whatever the margin. Smart bidding scales the wrong products.

Traffic comes in. Sales don't.

Product pages built for browsing, not buying. You pay for clicks that were never set up to convert.

Customers buy once, then disappear.

No reorder reminders, no cross-sell, no win-back. The cheapest sale you'll ever make never happens.

What we set up

A system that sells on profit, not just revenue

1Ads and marketing channels

Shopping ads that show up for the right searches

Feed, campaigns and tracking set up together, and judged on profit, not just ROAS.

  • Product titles rewritten with the words buyers search
  • Campaigns split by margin and category
  • Purchases tracked accurately, with no double counting

So you can put budget behind the products that make you money.

Example: Shopping ads that show up for the right searches
2HubSpot

Every customer and order in one place

Your store connected to HubSpot, so you can see who buys, how often and what they are worth.

  • Shopify or WooCommerce synced with HubSpot
  • Customers grouped by order value and frequency
  • Lifetime value tracked, not just first orders

So you can spend more on finding customers worth keeping.

Example: Every customer and order in one place
3AI and agents

Repeat orders you'd otherwise miss

Reorder, cross-sell and win-back emails based on what each customer bought.

  • Reminders timed to when products run out
  • Abandoned cart and browse recovery
  • Lapsed customers flagged with a drafted offer

So you can make your cheapest sales, from people who already buy from you.

Example: Repeat orders you'd otherwise miss
What we've learned

From skincare, food, pool supplies and vehicle care brands

01

Get the basics right first.

Most accounts we take over don't need clever strategy. They need tracking that works, a clean feed and proper structure.

02

The feed is the most underrated lever.

Rewriting titles with the words buyers search often lifts Shopping visibility with no change to bids or budget.

03

Optimise for profit, not ROAS.

Once margin is in the conversion value, Google bids on profit instead of sales, and the product mix it scales gets healthier.

04

Post-purchase is the cheapest revenue.

For products people reorder, a timely reminder beats paying to win the same customer back.

FAQ

Questions ecommerce brands ask us

Do you work with Shopify and WooCommerce?

Yes. We connect your store to Google Ads and, where it helps, to HubSpot, so orders and customers are tracked properly.

Do we need HubSpot to run Google Ads with you?

No. We can run your ads on their own. HubSpot comes in when you want repeat orders, customer segments and lifetime value in one place.

How do you handle the product feed?

We rewrite titles, fill in missing attributes and fix categories. If we manage your Google Ads, we make the changes in our DataFeedWatch account at no extra cost.

Can you optimise for profit instead of ROAS?

Yes, once margin data is available. Google then bids on profit instead of revenue, so it scales the products that make you money.

Do you run Performance Max?

Yes, alongside Shopping and Search, structured by category and margin so you can see what each part of the account is doing.

Can you set up reorder and win-back emails?

Yes, in HubSpot. Reminders are timed to when products run out, and lapsed customers get a win-back message your team checks first.

Do you run ads beyond Google?

Yes. We also run Microsoft, Meta, Reddit and ChatGPT ads, so the work stays joined up across channels.

We already have a CRM. Do we have to move to HubSpot?

Not for ads. We work with any CRM, as long as someone looks after it properly. For CRM work, HubSpot is what we specialise in.

How do we get started?

Book a call with Alyssa. If we're a good fit, we run a discovery workshop and send a plan for you to sign off before any work starts.
