Do I need to be on HubSpot to run AEO with you?

AEO runs through HubSpot — either via an existing Marketing Hub Pro+ subscription (where it's included at no extra cost) or via the AEO standalone tool ($50/month). If HubSpot isn't in your stack at all, no problem — just chat with us. We'll look after you and guide you through the simplest way to get set up so we can start the work.

What's the minimum ad spend to engage you?

We typically work with accounts spending from $2,500/month up. AEO can run on top of any spend level — even a small Google Ads budget benefits from the visibility work.

What industries do you not work with?

Alcohol, firearms, and adult businesses are excluded. Otherwise we work across most B2B and considered-purchase categories.

What kind of communication and reports do I get?

Fortnightly or monthly calls depending on the engagement, plus a combined monthly report covering both channels. We're available by email and phone in between.

Who manages my account day to day?

Either Alyssa directly, or a senior team member backed by Alyssa as the primary contact. Either way, you have one accountable point of contact, not a rotating team.

What if I'm already running Google Ads with someone else?

That's fine. We can run a discovery audit first to see whether moving the account makes sense, or work alongside your current setup focused only on AEO. We'll be honest about the fit.

How long until I see results?

Google Ads optimisation usually shows in 4–6 weeks. AEO visibility tends to build over 3–6 months — citations compound, and brands cited today are harder to displace later. We report on both timelines so you can see what's moving and what's still building.

Is there a minimum commitment?

We work on rolling monthly engagements with a recommended 6-month minimum so AEO has time to compound. You can pause or stop with 30 days' notice — but the work loses momentum fast if it isn't consistent.

What about other ad platforms (Bing, Meta, LinkedIn)?

We focus on Google Ads ourselves. For other platforms we have trusted partners we'll happily refer you to, so the work stays joined up.
